Finely milled whole-oat flour rich in beta-glucans (humectant film-former), avenanthramides (NF-kB inhibitors with antipruritic effect), starches, and saponins; together they hydrate the stratum corneum, dampen pro-inflammatory cytokine release in keratinocytes, and normalise skin pH.
