What we do
GlowPal publishes ingredient-level education for common skincare concerns and links each entry to the sources we catalog. The companion iOS app is upcoming; its final features, availability, and data practices have not been announced.
Our editorial approach
The Glow Table aggregates 645 specific citations across 10 research and regulatory databases spanning the US, EU, Korea, Japan, and China. We distinguish research on an ingredient from evidence for a finished product, and explain study limits where the catalog has them. The full source list, with a link out to each one, is on the methodology page.
Our editorial process is source-based synthesis by GlowPal's owner and contributors; we do not claim medical, pharmacy, or dermatology review where it has not occurred. We flag the evidence tier and outcome type shown in the catalog. See our methodology for the full breakdown.
How we fund the work
The website may earn a commission when someone uses an affiliate link. Our current product candidate pool is limited to retailers and listings we can access, so it is not a complete market survey. Ingredient evidence does not by itself establish that a finished product works. Read our full affiliate disclosure.
Editorial ownership
GlowPal is independently operated. The roles below describe the work that needs doing, not named or credentialed reviewers. To flag a correction or ask about a source, Get in touch.
